The only problem with this thought is that whoever tries to buy the co. will have to pay far more than .03 per share. Such a move could push the price in just a few minutes to even $1 or even more per share. Although it seems one could get control of the company with about 60 millions shares, would you pay this price today for Edig? Sofar the market says NO.
