The wording regarding the release of 445 and 108 in the wake of the Samsung America issue and that particular case is over. However,IMO, the issues of 445 and 108 are not over for any possible future events....IMO, they were not part of the settlement. IMO, the settlement was for the collection of patents that directly surround the 774.
