I'm not a pessimist but====

Even though we don't except what the judge ruled on her non ruling still it will all depend on whether we have a cause for a review of what she did not do. If she decides to kick this down the field for someone else to decide might be a better thing for us since she doesn't read the entire issue as set out in the paten. That does for the jerks she has clerking for her.

My thing is that she has so confused the issue that all we have head in the last few day is a lot of nothing base on even less.

It one thing to second guess a judge but to try and guess what Samsung and EDIG have intentions of doing is a little farfetch. What ever this meeting does lets hope it spells it oiut for us without aLL THE AMBIGUTIES we had in times past. Is that a little to pessimistic??
