I sent an email to Fred asking for clarification on some specific issues. I asked if 737 was going to be dropped? He said "We did not state this at rhe annual meeting."

I also asked another related question and his reply was..."Please see the 8-K filed on July 29, 2011 for the exact language. The ruling is still pending."

A question about additional ruling on 774 unresolved issues was answered as "Cannot comment."
