DM changed their minds in the interim? Once again more questions than answers. However, after all of the work done for the MH it is good to hear that it is still being persued and not dropped. If, after reviewing 737, the judge realizes their connection and the error of her narrowed ruling that was not what EITHER the plaintiff or defense was seeking, maybe we can get back on the right track to more settlements and round III.
