You all need to study that ruling and its true meaning....where,IMO, 737 does not have to be ruled on to venture to a trial.

The only thing ruled on is field of use issues.

737 gets things initiated beyond field of use and the defendants know it ....that is why they are settling on FlashR.

You will see the end of this case soon....and another will start.....Make your assessment then as to what is real.

The re-exam is not an issue. The current examiners will come to the same conclusion as the first team did.

Management does not care what you think or feel for any of it.

I made a comment a long time back that know-one will be able to decipher a judges ruling on this tech....and for sure that has happened.

I'm staying dead on my initial target.....where I now have more insight because of the Markman than I had prior.

It's really not as complicated as you all feel it is.
