FWIW...The way I see things.....the court does not have to respond to a statement...it's a questionable issue the court is sitting on.

e.Digital is settling issues confidentially for a reason and it's not to hold us at bay...or for the privacy concerns of the companies settling as they are noting to us.

It's all deliberate for a reason....that DM wants control of.....They do not want to show strength or weakness in settlements.....and the court must do as it sees fit without knowing the issues.
