The court is sitting on a "joint statement" ....depending on how a court must acknoledge a statement.....Minister?

If the courts see's the process is moving along(where it is) , IMO, it's not going to make a ruling.

737 is dead. If we get another settlement motion with an order the very next day , or on the same day as the recent issues have gone....it's over and we move on.

Because motions to settle and orders are so close to each other.....the court is keenly involved making its determination if it need rule on 737.....which I would say the defendants do not want to happen.
