The only one left having discovery issues(exhibit B) is Coby...DXG is looking for an extension of time deferring discovery.

with that, IMO, VTECH ELECTRONICS NORTH AMERICA, LLC (toy teaching products) ....

of exhibit A is next not having discovery issues.

This case is going to be over shortly....
