Yes, the patent situation screams for clairity, which the Markman did not provide.
EDIG still owns the patents and the reexam is the next step in the process.
It would be nice to get some clarity from management as to the new long term strategy now that the trajectory has shifted...not too much to ask, imo.
The patents still target some rather ripe and lucrative markets, if DM can make the case.
