Richardo , there is very interesting letter from EDIG patent attorney that submitted
to USPTO in regard to re-examination that will show you how aggressively they are
working for evidence and submitting the fact for 774 patentability. This letter will
show you and everybody that reads it the complex nature of patent "774 " and
most likely how judge MK not able to figure it out its complex nature of technical area !
Also i should mention the Re-examination patent firm that supporting our case is one
the most reputable firm in the patent re-examination area. I had difficult time to copy
it, but finally i did and will post it shortly.
