"I noticed that the Sharp voice recorder used removable "Flash type EE-Proms" , maybe that is a technicality they can exploit. Also it uses a microprocessor and not a DSP. Plus it used RAM. So there are some differences."

They are not the issues, they are parts of the common place thinking that one might normally consider.

The difference between e.Digital and common place thinking..... is managing ANALOG and DIGITAL issues on a "SOLE" FLASH MEMORY(being EEPROM).....why is that so had for some to comprehend? Claim 1 and 19 are not mistakenly written as some feel.

Common place thinking either manages one or the other....but never both...and that is what separates them.

e.Digital will explain to the USPTO examiners how it manages both analog(contiguous data) and digital (non-contiguous data) .....utilizing the same logical methods on a sole memory issue.

Contiguous data and digital data are two distinct and different issues....and e.Digital can consolidate and manage them with the most unique methods....on FLASH MEMORY. They can also manage analog issues on RECORDING MEDIUM with the same uniqueness....

With that, the type memory is important, but then it's not important...and the issues are portable to higher level OS's.
