A scam...really?

One base patent filed and five add ons to date as stated to my face Aug 24th when I went to see Fred, 7 total as stated in the Aug 12th Q, this info repeated at the SHM Sept 1st, NUNCHI trademarked Sept 1st, and it's all false...bunch of lies right?

Let me think on this...does the SEC allow such scams and lies to the investing public?
