IMO, DM got what it wanted out of Colorado.

IMO, for the final defendants to depart.... "with prejudice" they paid.... Had I read the those final motions coming in after the Markman ruling "without prejudice" I'd of had a concern. IMO, they all settled on FlashR issues, or e.Digital would not have closed the door as it did.

Considering how the judge ruled....where it did not align with the defendants at all, IMO, they feared the 737 ruling and ended it....either side of the "joint statement" could have forced the ruling....however, neither did.
