I disagree with that.....the only thing unfavorable....and I refer you to the 8K statement....e.Digitals concern was that the court did not consider it's proposed claims construction....

That said, HTC settled considering e.Digitals claims construction.....and fully licensed FlashR.

Why would they do that where the court did not consider e.Digitals claims construction regarding the "removable" issue? Why did they not settle unlicensed like a few did when they are the ones that pushed the re-exam?
IMO, they settled covering their ass.
