The trademark was applied for Sept 1...same day as the SHM...coincidence??

plankton's post was to show the USPTO acknowledged the application and nothing more based on my reply as well.

See Pres DD (top right) where I clarified for the board what planton's post was about, so not to confuse the issue or create speculation.

Nothing really significant about the acknowledment, but what is of value are the 6 or 7 patent applications re: NUNCHI, continued developement, demos to prospective partners, and testing on EDIG's server with company smart phones being supplied to employees, BOD members and selected other parties. I even asked to participate as a tester and was told..."no Joe, I cannot allow that." Shucks..I tried...LOL.

This is all new stuff...NOT an app, but an PLATFORM.

Currently "uder the radar" from public view based on how the patent attorney firm did the filing, which costs more, but protects it from public view for I think 18 months...I am not 100% sure on the length of time...?
