IF Nunchi is connected to the patents involved in the law suits, that could explain the lack of information re Nunchi. I believe it was PN who said in March something to the effect that "with any luck we will have more news on Nunchi in the next few months." From a March time frame that would have put Edig past the results of the MH which seemingly the company thought was going to go in our favor. When it did not, Nunchi went on the back burner along with Tier III filings until the results of the re exam--maybe? The re exam is critical!
