The 'elements' would have come into play if the MH had went in our favor; IMVHO it would have primarly included: much higher settlements, additional filings, partners beside us with nunchi because imo it has some aspects of our current patents in them and most important the earnings would have attracted micro-cap investors.

It didn't work out that way!, you read the company comment, ''We were disapointed by the MH results'' there was another word in there, but i forget. They/we had no control over this.
