What progress ?? We are paying $275 per hour for an expert wittness..how much $$ for the attorneys?? it doesn't look like its a slam dunk per our patents..if lucky we can get a small victory to continue lawsuits...we have a secret tech that nobody has signed on with...no product to sell...the only thing Fred can be opptomistic about is his salary...
