Which method form above is used in the obscured Sharp publication?

e.Digitals is detailed, can they simply answer ?...."we considered it the same way e.Digital does and we did it first, because we ventured a generalization" does this give them the right to re establish there initial consideration with more detail if e.Digital fails the test?

It's not about " basicaly the same result" as results should be the same, however, done differently with explinations.

I would venture to say that there are countless interface methods patented around that phrase, all requiring a power supply....and e.Digital does it differently.
