Marksman hit dropped price down from double digits....And prior to hearing ruling, most here were touting slam dunk and we going to the next level.

As long as companies future is in other peoples decisions we will never know how things will turn out(i.e. patent examiner, judge, laywers, partners)

Sell product and control income first. Take all other decisions as icing on the cake.
