No, they left them out for, IMO, the same reason that they were dismissed from the Samsung case.

They are highly more advanced in simplifying the prior patents ....and would bring on challenges by defendants that would just bog down the effort needlessly.

For now, as I see things, they are dancing around the low level issues(737 is an important low level issue) of the patents. While looking at the defendant type and the high level issues they would have an interest in.....digital editing of audio recordings.

They are moving on to challenge high level issues, IMO exemplified by the type defendant and what they do.....composing issues.
