"to me media = content, again lol"

Well, that may be in the context of news ....however, in the context of computer storage.....the storage was always considered media....a 360k floppy was always storage media.....a flash chip is storage media.

storage media...is what claim 5 now 13 is about....not the data that is put on it.

Computing Dictionary

storage media definition

storage
Devices on which data is stored, as opposed to the device ("drive") used to read and write data from and to the media. The term typically applies to removeable storage such as magnetic tape or flash memory, rather than fixed devices like a hard disk.
(2009-02-23)

The examiner agrees with this defination....as he approved the change adding MEDIA to the claim issues.

emit, you need to get past this
