IMVHO...Apple will only settle if it looks like they cannot win! But then why admit you're wrong? Less than a $1B for the company will be their 1st offer. I'm with tteddy1...I hope Handal & Associates "fries'em!" and gets shareholders the offer that it only takes "2 seconds" to accept.
