Announcing settlements and a Nunchi license is great except the market reacts to numbers and we seem to be the exception in providing concrete date on expected earnings, revenue, and other critical data the market considers in determining share price.

Even our quarterly reports tend to hide much of the data because of combining settlements and license/royalty fees to cloud the issue.

We have to learn how to act like 99% of the other companies with respect to disclosing all pertinent information to the market. Until then, we don't allow the market to evaluate the future opportunity based on the significant events of the business.

Ant new Nunchi signing must include the service provider, the expected revenue/earnings, and market potential that edig expects. Thats what we hired IPMetrics to do, provide evaluation, market data, and expected income from license agreements.
