If Fred doesn't know this (the context of Richardo's post) already, he shouldn't be in the position he's in. We all know the company's history of (paraphrasing) "pending contracts with OEMs, etc., potential licensees" isn't the best. That is not to say we aren't close now (not possible to say one way or the other), just saying past history puts a cloud over communications without at least some hard or even ballpark figures behind it.
