Silver, I read your post a couple of time before it struct me that you sent the GBT case to Handal "Yesterday", meaning Friday the 26th. Was that before 1:30PM when the court case commenced? If so that is the reason Mr. Handal acted in the way he did. ------being almost surprised by what he had in his hand to relay to the judge. He stated at least twice this was "a new case he just discovered" so I am assuming his staff did not dig this up prior to court and YOU are responsible for him getting this info.......

The GBT case is RIGHT ON POINT, Apple lost their Collateral Estopal claim and it was devistating to their case.

In subsequent posts you found out this was the "April of this year" settlement.
