IMO, in reading doc 35 the research work put into all the past authority and all considered answers was enormous....and they did it in:

Motion for estoppel doc 30 was filed....6-19-2013

RESPONSE in Opposition doc 35 was filed ...7-3-2013

14 days , meaning to me, they worked on weekends....

Missing Apples little stant is no big deal....their game plan reads well thought out to me.

They also turn around answers to counter complaints in fast fashion as well.

They have their ducks in a row for sure.
