In the "hayday" they over promised and under delivered, so "we" complained.
After the hayday was over, as the PPS dropped and dropped, they still over promised and under delivered, so "we" kept complaining.
Fast forward to the digEcor case, they found out to zip it was in the best interest of the company and were guided as such for over 4 years by our lawfirm, but the complaining shifted to their silence.
Publicly filed patents in the 90's is partially why we are in this IP suit BS. They learned that lesson, all future filings were cloaked, giving us something new to complain about. They trusted and did not use NDA's either, now all that has changed, so we complain about NDA's.
They don't PR, "we got 1.6 milion from the LG settlement agreement" the two parties had NDA's so it's in the financials for us to figure out, then complain some more.
Now we are complaining for weeks about our expectations for the SHM that has not even taken place yet....LOL!!!
