Well, well, well.....It appears Doni was correct......The CE was decided on the "PRELIMINARY" hearing/case/whatever in Colorado and DID NOT INVALIDATE EDig's patents.......or THAT THOSE PATENTS WERE INFRINGED ON........All that bloviating got Apple a CE but it appears the judge did not buy the rest of his diatribe that being innocent as the wind driven snow.....
