Liked your post and agree regarding the IPO comments. I think that comments of those on the board regarding insider buying has much more to do with the perception it creates than the actual bottom line financial effect. Fred stated at the stock holder meeting that he currently holds 1 million shares so he has a pretty significant motivation without buying more. That said, some token monthly or quarterly purchases by Fred and other insiders certainly could help the perception of potential new investors.
