The only way this is a negative for EDIG is if Apple miraculously proved they did not violate the patents. Which we all know will never be the case(via Blue Sands).

Soooo, With the last minute panic's by Apple and Settlement news. IMO Edig got them where they wanted and closed the deal.

Apple's representation has shown they have not had a case from the beginning(Ranting and Bloviating was flat out embarssing for them). For some to comment Apple is smarter than EDIG is Hilarius to say the least. Flat out Hilarius IMO. Handal has been incredibly professional and hands down the best legal team here.

But, for whatever the reason for the settlement, IMO- this is nothing but an incredibly HUGE postive for EDIG. Apple did not get what they wanted. Except peace of mind this would not haunt them in the future.

There is no doubt, EDIG brought it home!

Whats driving us all crazy, is what did EDIG do to force Apples hand right now!
