Also, keep in mind ...108 was not part of Apples infringement claims....with that, it only settled on 774 ....

Unless e.Digital threw in 108 at the last minute.

The only signal I'm getting from the settlement....Apple, O'Shea.....get lost...

We'll see on the final court order what was dismissed and in what fashion.

And I don't care...for me it's Apple get lost.
