I imagine that some will settle and choose not to take this thing to the end of the appeal. That said, man would it be awesome if we could get either a Micro Signet contract or a Nunchi license in the near term which would take any pressure off the timing of the flash settlements and make the defendants realize that WE are in it for the long haul and have the capital to do so.
