774 is a settled issue with SNDK...e.Digital gave them, not all, but most of farm...lol ...go read the order

The only thing SNDK was sitting on was claims construction proceedings of 737 going forward to a Markman date....The claims construction of 737 was being fashioned by current defendants in the same manner as the CO defendants put forward...That because of the CE ruling on 774...that CE ruling is putting a crimp on 737.

Thing is, the judge just now put a hold on issues pending the appeal process(s).
SNDK now has to wait for the appeal to see how it will fashion claims construction around 737 after that...If the appeal is positive for e.Digital...SNDK is caught...because it will not be able to use what it was currently using. With that, they are now in the gamble mode just like us.
