Nunchi or MicroSignet contracts/licenses are defintely the key to success inside any kind of reasonable timeframe. Settlements are like giving a sugar wafer to someone who is starving. It might taste good and make them happy for a short time but it's without any nutritional value.

CE will take a long time to resolve... then it will take a long time to get to Markman... then a long time to decision... then trial... then decision... then appeals... and so on. Plus if I understand this granted stay correctly, all parties are now in a holding pattern.

BTW just for the record, I've officially stopped taking Dolphins1 seriously. That string of recent posts told me all I needed to know. Oh my.
