The EDIG patents were already being used in Sammy's products, thus the lawsuit.

If you mean royalties on going for use in those same products or future products, the answer is no...

The one time fee covers past and future use of the IP...that's was the deal.

Any time a PR says "one time fee" it's a done deal.
