I guess it depends on the wording of the settlement agreements of which we have no knowlege. I do know that our patents are 5 years closer to expiration and have no idea of how long the cross licensing goes. Since we gained the use of their patents through an agreement, that should be considered an asset of the company and show up somewhere on a balance sheet with an estimated value? Anyone ever seen such an animal?
