"The market does not care about law suits that one can win"

I have my thoughts on one case.....and it involves the bones of e.Digitals tech.

"Could this all change tomorrow, yes it could."

Lets see how the market understand the significance of this one case....e.Digital is keeping its power dry for this one case.... win, lose or draw… they have the balancing act in place for whatever outcome.

e.Digital needs to emphatically own its root tech.....at the moment it's in limbo.

If 108 was not involved in this case I would have a different view of the appeal. However, 108 is involved and it better spells out the root technology I have a concern for.
