I am all for filing more law suits, but as evidenced by the current share price, the market does not care about law suits. I believe the market will react to license agreements and/or partnerships which produce income NOW as opposed to law suits that may or may not produce income at some time in the future. The thing that is difficult for me to understand is that if there are "products that exhibit reliance on the teachings of our Nunchi patent portfolio" and "many other industry segments that are or will be fielding products that incorporate the technologies we've invented" is true, did they all steal the information in the past 20 months or so since the Nunchi patents were granted and in that relatively short time frame design and bring to market products that required our tech? Or is it possible that Edig had the foresight to patent something that was already in play but not protected by a patent from anyone else?
The long standing thievery of our flash patents makes sense to me because they have been in effect since the mid 90's and Edig was not in a position to defend them until just recently. The Nunchi patents were made public late in 2012 if my memory serves me right. So numerous companies that knew Handal was representing us on the flash suits all realized the value of the Nunchi teachings for many products and immediately incorporated them into various products, patents be damned, and did not even attempt to sign a license agreement or create a partnership? Or is it possible that they did attempt to negotiate an agreement with Edig and could not agree on the price and terms and then said, heck with it, we will just take it and worry about it down the line?
