We could say the market does not care about lawsuit income since DM signed on for that matter. In fact, that is the case.
To me, Nunchi is a cyber space technology, IP that is easily incorporated by search engine firms and wireless carriers, but maybe takes a little longer for OEM's to do such.
On 9-1-11 we saw that video of 2 Nunchi equipped smart phones communicating with each other. Both had set up contacts in a priority of importance. How did the bells and whistles of Nunchi get "installed" on these phones? How does QCOM's Gimbal ditto, how about the AT&T app to stop texting etc while driving over 10 MPH, as does Nunchi?
How would Verizon Wireless sell us a phone with Nunchi on it? What if I walked into Verizon with my phone and asked them if I could buy it and they install it?
Is there a CD we could buy, load it on our PC, then download to our phone, having to register a serial # so that a 2nd phone could not be loaded?
So, how did Dropcam alledgedly incorporate IP from all 6 patents into there software?
Smart techy guys doing this?
Yup, it was Nov, 2012 when 6 patents went live and right there on the USPTO's website, ready to be plucked.
Nothing new about patent theft, then worry about it later.
BTW, Nunchi was being tested between EDIG's and Verizon's servers via the 3G network right?
