The CE appeal decision was most definitely in e.Digitals favor.

The most recenttentativeclaims construction order for 108 claim 1 ...is tenatively in e.Digitals favor.

We have to wait and see if the defendants can sway the court regarding the tentative ruling proposed. My focus of all the proposed issues... is on two little words.

The courts removing "to be" regarding the "main memory" issue of claim 1...indicates to me, the court knows exactly what the independent claims 2(3) and 5(6) are all about….and has removed challengeable language regarding 2(3) and 5(6).

Again, FWIW, now we wait to see how a 108 claims construction shakes out with this court.
