Do you feel e.Digital would give 108 to Apple while it was under appeal? An appeal of CE that was perpetrated by Apple?.....lol

e.Digital was not obligated to venture 108 to Apple while it was being prosecuted under appeal. Apple settled prior to the outcome of the appeal.
