" As you can see, back in September 2011, EDIGsigned a licensing agreement with HTC and as a result, the stock made a jump pretty similar to the one witnessed yesterday. Consistency, however, proved to be nothing more than a mirage and the ticker is now back where it was three years ago."

HTC did not have 108 asserted against it, HTC settled 774 and 737. They settled just in front of the CO claims construction hearing.

None of the Colorado defendants had 108 asserted.

HTC initiated the re-exam of 774.... regarding power source and control circuitry issues...which HTC and e.Digital where having claims construction issues over.

IMO, HTC settled 774 with some sort of agreement leaning on the defendant’s proposed claims construction...regarding Control Circuitry.

That control / power source circuitry is now hardened by a re-exam.

Depending on final licensing issues, I say HTC is re-visited by 108. There’s a distinct reason why 108 was not asserted…and the challenge of the sole memory issues of claims 1 and 19 is justification for 108 not having been ventured against the CO defendants.

AS for:

"Consistency, however, proved to be nothing more than a mirage and the ticker is now back where it was three years ago."

The author of that statement has no idea what they are commenting on. As directly after settling the issues with HTC.... the claims construction of "sole memory" was ruled on by the court. With that, everything turned into a "mirage" and stayed that way.

I would not pay too much attention to off the cuff reporting on e.Digital when it attempts to report details that are not fully disclosing ALL the details….The details are just too numerous to compile into one paragraph.

EDIG is better than a short term flip.

FWIW
