"and how valuable we are.'
The primary memory limitations, as out lined by the recent claims construction ORDER, are absolutely valuable.
This is the first issue of all issues, no matter what orchestration of code similarity defendants cobble together in front of a cache (RAM), or without one. to interface a non volatile memory.
"Creating the primary memory from a non-volatile, long-term storage medium wherein the primary memory comprises a plurality of blocks in which data segments are stored"
Today its flash, tomorrow it could be something else...that is non-volatile memory.... so long as it has a fast enough write (or programming speed)...as need by the MOS.
