No, Communications is the subject word of the previous company name..

Nunchi is a platform for communications.

Prior to Nunchi, the patent portfolio that existed was not orchestrated around communications, however it was considered to happen at some time.... hence the company name Norris Communications.

Then Voice Times Alliance.....which was a platform for setting standards around communications....e.Digital being a participant based on a cozy relationship with Intel....that did not work out.

I'm of the opinion it did not work out, because e.Digital would not lend its IP to the Voice Times standards initiative.

IMO, they tried to get e.Digital to standardized just a tiny piece of its patented IP…as a no big deal consideration. IMO that consideration just recently received a claims construction order favoring e.Digital.
