A condition of circuitry that depicts any device can be coupled to the power source / control circuitry.... PCB "receiving sockets" of any kind.

The 774 re-exam rectifies the arguments of claims construction regarding the control circuitry issues…of what and where it controls….any type device, on, or off a PCB.
