That said, what bothers me is the motion to stay the Micron case prior to the up coming claims construction hearing, on the grounds of an inter-parties patent review.

?? How does this derail the recent, 12-12-14 positive claims construction results, if that motion is granted?

This court may deny the motion to stay, however, will other defendants apply for the same issue in every case? It’s nothing more than a time killer with, IMO, no consequences to the applicant.

I'm also concerned of the non- final results of the appeal ruling.... 4 defendants are still undecided as to what they are going to do.....will they try for a re-hearing?

We need to get this crap behind us. For me, as it lingers, it gets more questionable?
