As a direct result of the APPEAL and release from Collateral eStoppel for PATENT 108, and TWO FAVORABLE CLAIMS CONSTRUCTION RULINGS.... It Looks like Huawei is the first of four to decide to SETTLE.....and now there was three. IMO, most likely Pantech & Woodman (GoPro) will be next... with SANDISK lurking in the shadows for some strange reason...LOL
