"There is nothing being considered for SNDK."

Or the court has been informed with a joint consideration of some form to the court docket. Where the parties involved have asked, mutually, that the court not record the proceedings on PACER.

As long as its been, and could be, e.Digital and SNDK have had enough time to establish a consortium, e.g the SD standards initiative... started by SNDK...lol

As I see it, e.Digital has to do something along those lines yet hold an exclusivity in some fashion...like SNDK did with SD, now having a world wide constituent base .

What are these two birds up to?.

I'm coming to the conclusion that the final details are not going to be published to PACER....and they're going to do there thing whatever it may be.

Perhaps you are right chazitz....the court can't stand us, SNDK doesn't want anything to do with us, and e.Digital can live without us.
